The day that happens once every four years… the special 29th of February! While a massive number of people are crowding at Disneyland, I’m writing this post… and supposedly working on my paper for my Seminar in Mediation class 😉

ASC. It stands for Alternative States of Consciousness. Last week in my psychological anthropology class, we talked about alternative states of consciousness. For those who don’t know, alternative states of consciousness occur “as a result of biological and/or physical
